Cathy O’Neill-Harding

My name is Cathy O’Neill-Harding, and I was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. I emigrated to Australia in 1985 and was lucky enough to be granted citizenship a few years later. I also married an Aussie, and I call Australia home.

I’ve always had a deep affinity with nature. The vibrant colours and textures of which I try to recreate in my artwork. I love the rugged landscape of Australia’s vast coastline. The sheer beauty and diversity is a great source of inspiration for me. I enjoy recreating this vision using different mediums, resin/acrylics, and a multitude of ‘treasures’, including shells, that I collect on the beach.

I have been very fortunate to sell several pieces of my artwork in galleries and markets on the South Coast. This has enabled me to continue pursuing my passion, hopefully for many years to come.
